It goes without saying that I am a HUGE KISS fan. And as a huge KISS fan, it is my duty to further the cause of the KISS Army. Part of that cause is the dissemination of information to the masses.

So, with that in mind, I bring you Gene Simmons's famous blood recipe! (You know...the blood he spits and drools on stage during every KISS show while hammering out God of Thunder?)

This may come in handy some Halloween or if you're an aspiring filmmaker. Plus, it's just plain cool...

GENE SIMMONS'S BLOOD RECIPE

Ingredients:

6 Eggs, shells and all
1/2 Cup Strawberry yogurt
1/3 Cup cottage cheese (preferably with pineapples)
4 Squirts red food coloring
1/2 Cup extra thick maple syrup
3 Heaping tablespoons corn starch


Directions:
In a two quart saucepan, combine eggs (shells and all), strawberry yogurt, cottage cheese, maple syrup and corn starch.

Heat over low flame for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add red food coloring, stir, and cover.

Cook on low flame for 5 minutes, or until mixture takes on a thick consistency.
